A rotating schedule shouldn’t mean constant calendar arithmetic. See your pattern, handle the exceptions, and plan around an estimate of what you’ll earn.
Android · 1.1.10 submitted for Alpha reviewSet a repeating rotation or custom sequence. Keep work days, nights and days off in view without re-entering the same pattern.
Edit individual days and add basic notes when plans change. Local reminders and a widget help keep the next shift close at hand.
See estimated gross pay using the information you enter. A planning aid to compare with your payslip, never a payroll guarantee.

A closer look / Version 1.1.10
More context, better preparation, and a fuller view of your working time.
Submitted for Alpha reviewChoose career icons in Free. Pro adds shift-specific notes and reusable templates, per-shift job-bag checklists, critical marks and configurable pre-shift job-bag reminders.
With Pro, see cross-job overlap and short-gap warnings, set a minimum gap, keep manual leave balances, and share a text list of the next 14 days of scheduled shift times.
With Pro, record actual start/end times and unpaid breaks separately from the schedule, and manually compare estimated gross pay with the gross figure you enter from your payslip.
These are implemented features in the submitted 1.1.10 build, not a promise of public availability. Actual-time records do not automatically change scheduled pay estimates.
Start with confidence

Core scheduling works offline, with no account or ads. Google Play handles Pro purchases and may require connectivity. Android backup, if enabled on your device, follows your Google account settings.
It is an estimate of gross pay based on what you enter. Deductions, employer policies, rounding, premiums and other adjustments may change actual pay. Check your inputs and compare with your employer’s records.

Practical guidance for setting up a job, understanding your rotation, and checking estimated pay.
4 on / 4 off: four work days followed by four off days is an eight-day cycle. It does not restart every Monday.
2 days / 2 nights / 4 off: use the sequence Day, Day, Night, Night, Off, Off, Off, Off. Anchor the first day shift to the correct date.
Custom sequence: write down the smallest complete cycle before entering it. If your rota does not repeat, do not assume a repeating pattern will predict it; check each date and use day edits as needed.
For overnight shifts, confirm how the app assigns the shift date and check the displayed start/end times. Compare the result with your employer’s convention.
Gross pay is before deductions. TallyShift is a planning aid and does not guarantee take-home pay, payroll accuracy or employer policy coverage. No specific tax, payroll or legal advice is provided.
Pro exports a year-to-date CSV report for the selected job, based on paydays from January 1 through today. ICS export covers the past month and next 12 months. These files are estimates and schedule snapshots, not payroll verification or live calendar synchronization; repeated imports may create duplicates. Free includes local backup and restore.
Check the selected job, dates and file contents before sharing. Treat schedules and pay information as personal data.
See the 1.1.10 feature guide for per-shift Pro notes, job bags, actual-time records, manual balances and shift-time sharing. Free includes career icons, local backups and gross pay goals. Availability depends on the version installed from Google Play.

For TallyShift questions and feedback, email dev2@gtspro.com.
Never send passwords, payment card information or confidential employer records. Replace personal rates and notes with example values where possible.
Check the anchor date, the full repeating sequence and any day edits. Compare two complete cycles against your employer-confirmed rota. Read the pattern guide.
Check the job, entered rate, rules, hours and selected dates. Estimates show gross planning figures and can differ from actual payroll. Include a simple example with made-up values when reporting a problem.
Check notification permission and Android battery restrictions, then verify the shift date and reminder settings. Do not depend on a phone reminder as your only way to track critical commitments.

TallyShift’s offline app and this website have different data flows. This notice explains both.
TallyShift is made by Lazlo Jones. Contact: dev2@gtspro.com. The existing app privacy policy is effective 30 September 2026.
The app has no account, advertising, analytics or developer-operated app server. Schedules, pay rates, notes and settings are stored on your device. Reminders are scheduled locally.
Google Play processes Pro purchases and optional tips. TallyShift receives purchase status, not payment details. Tips do not unlock features. Google’s policies apply to its services.
If Android backup is enabled, app data may be included in your personal Google backup according to your device settings. You control exported files and where they are saved. The app is not directed at children under 13.
The submitted 1.1.10 build stores shift notes/templates, job-bag items and completion state, actual times, manual leave balances and gross payslip records locally. Local backups include these records. Actual times are kept separate from the schedule used for pay estimates.
Pro’s Share availability opens the Android share chooser with plain text listing scheduled shift dates and start/end times for the next 14 days. It omits job names, pay and notes, but still reveals your work schedule. It does not calculate free-time slots. Review the text and recipient; their chosen app may transmit and retain a copy.
This site is hosted by ClickSites. We do not provide a newsletter signup or support submission form here. The support email link opens your email app; messages you send are handled by the support mailbox and its mail provider.

TallyShift / Version 1.1.10 feature guide
How the implemented 1.1.10 tools work, which tier they require, and where their limits matter.
Pro: open a scheduled shift and choose Shift note. Save a note for that shift, optionally name a reusable template, and apply a saved template to another shift. Basic day notes remain Free.
Pro: open a scheduled shift and choose Job bag. Add common or custom items, mark items critical, and tick them off. Completion is separate for each scheduled shift; Reset this shift clears only that shift’s ticks.
Pro: mark important checklist items Critical and enable a job-bag reminder 30, 60 or 120 minutes before a shift. Global reminders must also be enabled. The notification reminds you about the job bag; it does not list unchecked critical items or guarantee they are packed.
Check permissions and your device settings. Keep your own preparation routine for critical items.
Free: choose a career icon in the job editor. The icon helps identify the job in the calendar and shift views; it does not change pay rules or schedule behavior.
Pro: with multiple jobs, the calendar shows a count of cross-job overlaps or gaps below your chosen minimum. Settings → Minimum travel gap cycles through 0, 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. This is a warning count, not a journey planner.
Travel gaps use the minimum you set. They are not live routing, traffic estimates or a guarantee that a journey is possible.
Pro: choose Confirm actual on a scheduled shift to save actual start time, end time and unpaid break minutes. Reopen it to review or edit the saved values. There is no automatic clock-in, timesheet comparison report or recalculation of estimated pay from these records.
Review your entries against your own records. This does not replace an employer-approved timesheet.
Pro: in Settings → Leave balances, select a job and enter a balance name and remaining whole hours. Maintain it yourself; scheduled paid leave does not automatically deduct from the balance.
Balances are entered manually and are not an employer entitlement calculation or automatic HR synchronization.
Pro: in Settings → Payslip comparison, select a job and enter actual gross pay in cents beside the displayed estimate. This is a manual comparison for the period containing the first day of the current month, not a payslip scan or a choice of arbitrary historical periods.
Compare gross with gross. Differences can come from inputs, pay rules, cut-offs and employer adjustments. This is a review aid, not a payroll audit or a net-pay guarantee.
Pro: Settings → Share availability opens Android’s chooser with plain-text scheduled shift dates and start/end times for the next 14 days. Job names, pay and notes are omitted.
The shared text lists working shifts; it does not calculate when you are free. Review it before sending. The recipient may keep or forward it.
Career icons are Free. Shift notes/templates, job-bag checklists and reminders, multi-job gap tools, actual-time records, manual leave balances, gross payslip comparison and shift-time sharing are Pro. Version availability depends on Google Play review and your installed build.
