Your next assignment,
checked before you go.

Use your official booking confirmation as the source of truth. If anything is unclear, ask your agency before the shift.

01 / THE RIGHT PLACE

Confirm the site and contact.

Check the full address, entrance or meeting point, reporting person, arrival instructions and who to call if there is a problem.

02 / THE RIGHT TIME

Check dates, hours and breaks.

Confirm start and finish times, expected arrival time and break arrangements. For an overnight shift, check both calendar dates.

03 / YOUR WHOLE WEEK

Look beyond this one shift.

Compare it with your other bookings. Allow for travel, rest and personal commitments, and resolve any overlap before accepting a change.

04 / PAY DETAILS

Keep the agreed terms.

Confirm the rate, which hours or breaks are paid, any agreed premiums and the timesheet deadline. Keep the written confirmation for your own records.

05 / READY TO ARRIVE

Pack for this assignment.

Check the required clothing, PPE, equipment, identification and induction instructions. Bring only what the agency or site has asked for.

06 / BEFORE YOU FORGET

Record what actually happened.

After the shift, note actual start, finish and breaks. Follow the agency’s timesheet process and raise discrepancies through its official channel.

Keep sensitive details out. Do not put passwords, door codes, client or patient records, or confidential workplace information in a personal planning note. Follow your workplace’s policies.

This checklist is available now. It is general preparation guidance, not agency instructions, payroll advice or proof that an assignment is confirmed. To keep a PDF, use your browser’s Print → Save as PDF option where available.

The TallyShift direction / Android launch preview

More moving parts.
A clearer personal plan.

TallyShift is designed to bring your schedule and shift details into one personal view. These are product capabilities in launch preparation, not a claim of public availability today.

01 / SEE YOUR WEEK

Keep work in view.

Rotations, custom sequences and individual day changes help you keep track of a changing working week.

02 / MULTIPLE JOBS WITH PRO

Spot the clashes.

Separate jobs and pay rules, with overlap and minimum-gap warnings, help you review how shifts fit together. Warnings are not a safety or compliance guarantee.

03 / PLAN, THEN COMPARE

Give the hours context.

Estimated gross pay, plus Pro tools for preparation notes, actual-time records and gross payslip comparison. Your inputs matter; estimates are not guaranteed earnings.

In the upcoming agency-worker version, Free covers one direct job OR one assignment in total, not one per agency. Agency labels do not use a slot. Additional job or assignment records and actual-time entry require Pro. Pro is a personal, one-time Google Play upgrade; the store will show the price and terms when publicly available. No agency purchase or employer access is included.

Your work. Your records.

Personal planning,
not agency access.

This is a dedicated guide for agency workers, not a page from a staffing agency or an endorsement by one.

  • Core planning is designed around information stored on your device, without an account or ads.
  • Your agency does not gain access because you visit this page or use the personal app. Review any export or sharing action before you choose a recipient.
  • Google Play billing, Android backup and deliberate exports have separate data flows. The full privacy notice explains the limits.
  • Official bookings, payroll and timesheets stay with your agency. TallyShift does not replace them.
